Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in San Francisco is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for client hardware and software on Windows and Mac, and to support meetings and events across our offices.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, IT & AV Services and work in a distributed team while communicating with a variety of users. The role involves Google Workspace administration, Okta, Slack, and ticket work with a strong focus on security and customer service.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in IT support in an enterprise environment.
Experience with Windows and macOS in enterprise deployments and basic networking concepts.
Familiarity with security standards and ITSM workflows.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support across hardware, software, and account access requests (Slack, walk-ups, ServiceNow).
Support hybrid meeting environments for in-person and remote participants.
Manage Windows, Mac, and mobile devices and related equipment.
Handle the ServiceNow ticket queue to meet SLAs with strong customer service.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle for devices.
Administer core SaaS tools including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
