Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a motivated End User Support Technician to provide front-line support across AV conference room systems, network infrastructure, and service desk operations.

You will log, track, and elevate tickets, communicate clearly with users, and help ensure a great support experience. The role includes AV setup, inventory management, and basic network troubleshooting on-site.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in IT Support or similar roles.
• Comfortable supporting Windows and/or macOS.
• Basic networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience using ticketing systems and working within SLAs (e.g., Jira Service Management).

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line helpdesk and end-user support for AV conference room systems, network infrastructure, and service desk operations.
• Log, track, and escalate tickets using service desk tools.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with users to ensure a great support experience.
• Diagnose and resolve AV and connectivity issues in conference rooms; setup AV equipment for meetings.
• Maintain AV inventory and report missing or malfunctioning items.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic wired/wireless connectivity; assist Network Operations with local checks.
• Escalate complex network issues to Level 2 support for resolution.
