Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is hiring an IT Support Engineer to monitor and maintain AV conferencing and network solutions for a global customer base. You will work hands-on with AV control systems and DSP platforms, delivering high-quality IT and AV support aligned with SLAs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, security, resilience, and ongoing infrastructure improvements across enterprise AV environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting AV environments and control systems.
• Experience with Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS and audio DSP platforms.
• Clear communication across organizational levels; strong problem-solving.
• Desirable: IT or Audio Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience with common IT helpdesk tools is a plus (Freshdesk, Service Now).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line contact to clients via phone, email, and remote VPN access.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues including hardware, software, network, and AV faults.
• Support, configure, and maintain AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS).
• Configure and troubleshoot audio DSP platforms (Biamp, Shure, Q-SYS).
• Monitor and maintain AV endpoints, codecs, controllers, and networked devices.
• Maintain reliable infrastructure and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Ensure security of technology infrastructure in collaboration with regional teams.
• Contribute to IT strategy and continuous improvement across IT/AV environments.
