Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an IT Engineer Level 2 to provide day-to-day technical support across the enterprise. Based in Atlanta with a hybrid schedule, you will resolve hardware, software, and network issues and assist with onboarding and security policy enforcement.

You will manage AD/Azure AD and M365 accounts, support Intune/SCCM, and escalate complex tickets while documenting steps and contributing to knowledge bases for improved end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience resolving moderately complex IT issues independently.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Level 2 contact for tickets escalated from Service Desk.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Manage tickets within SLAs and communicate status to users.
• Perform account administration in AD/Azure AD/Entra ID and M365.
• Support endpoint management with Intune and SCCM.
• Assist with routine network troubleshooting (VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Escalate to Level 3 with documented steps taken.
• Maintain ticket docs and contribute to knowledge base.
• Assist with server/workstation maintenance and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support software deployment, upgrades, and patching.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory; follow runbooks.
