Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to Tier 1 Service Specialists.
• Triage and resolve escalated tickets, diagnosing complex issues and implementing solutions.
• Deliver hands-on support for core applications, virtualization, and network infrastructure (WAN/LAN, switches, routers, firewalls).
• Support Windows Server, Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Engineer and deploy system solutions tailored to client needs.
• Perform hands-on work in data centers, including rack and stack, cabling, and troubleshooting.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps for accurate records.
• Implement disaster recovery and maintain network security controls.
• Pursue continuous learning and relevant certifications.
