Job summary

Industrial Security Integrators, LLC is seeking a proactive Support Engineer I to join our IT team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will provide first-line IT support, administer Azure and Google Workspace, and ensure security policy compliance.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship and current or interim clearance eligibility. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and opportunities for professional growth within a security-focused organization.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required by federal regulation.
• 2-4 years working in an IT Support focused role (minimum).
• Interim clearances accepted for consideration.
• All clearances are encouraged to apply.
• Current or prior security clearance required or eligibility through favorable background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for all requests, including email troubleshooting, password resets, and mailbox management.
• Perform basic admin tasks in Azure, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Assist with setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, monitors, and other peripherals.
• Perform end user management and account provisioning.
• Diagnose and escalate network issues, including Wi‑Fi and LAN connectivity.
• Conduct proactive system health checks to maintain operational efficiency.
• Follow and enhance standardized processes to improve service quality.
