Job summary

World Insurance Associates seeks an IT Support Level II to provide frontline and escalation support for computer systems, software, and hardware. You will document solutions, train users, and maintain IT records with a focus on user-friendly service.

The role is based in New Jersey, with hybrid work after 120 days. The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $73,000, plus a competitive benefits package and variable pay programs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with users to understand problems and explain solutions.
• Customer-oriented and patient when interacting with non-technical users.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve problems remotely and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for helpdesk tickets and escalations related to computer systems, software, security, and hardware.
• Document solutions and advise on training to reduce ticket volume.
• Train computer users when possible.
• Maintain accuracy in IT documentation and close tickets promptly.
• Follow ticket SLA and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Travel to regional offices as required (30%+).
