Job summary

Haypp Group in Arlington, VA is hiring a Junior Support Engineer to join the Group IT team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will resolve user issues, set up new devices, manage onboarding/offboarding, and support IT initiatives across the business.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT support, familiarity with Microsoft 365, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. In-office collaboration is Tue–Thu, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, devices, and common business apps.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals and device maintenance.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and service-minded attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests related to hardware, software, user accounts, and networking issues.
• Set up, install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and software applications.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device preparation and account administration.
• Provide technical assistance and user training to help colleagues make the most of company technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices to contribute to our internal knowledge base.
• Escalate complex cases to Cloud Workspace Engineers when required.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and security-related tasks across company devices and systems.
• Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives together with the wider IT team.
