Job summary

Red Ventures seeks an IT Support Engineer to back-end enterprise applications and IT operations. The role is hybrid, split between our Charlotte-based HQ and remote work, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, IAM, device management, asset lifecycle, and documentation.

Qualifications

Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems; able to troubleshoot independently.
Experience with enterprise device management tools and Windows/macOS/iOS/Android configuration/troubleshooting.
Familiarity with IAM concepts (SSO, MFA) and networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN).

Responsibilities

Provide support and configuration assistance for enterprise applications and environments across IT Operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision; respond to monitoring alerts.
Support IAM provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews across platforms, DNS, VPN, and collaboration tooling.
Assist with asset management, device tracking, lifecycle, and shipping/receiving.
Maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and Knowledge Base articles.
Analyze recurring tickets to identify gaps and develop scalable solutions; pursue automation opportunities.
Collaborate on cross-functional IT projects; mentor teammates to support skill development.
