Job summary

Carollo Engineers, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote assistance for end-user computing across a hybrid work environment. You will configure laptops and devices, manage tickets, and ensure SLA performance.

Responsibilities include supporting Microsoft 365 services, device provisioning, imaging, MFA and security policies, and collaborating with network/security teams. Travel up to 35% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of professional experience in IT support.
• Advanced knowledge of PC hardware/software and Windows 11/Mac OS.
• Experience with end-user computing, SCCM/MECM or Intune, and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support for computing requests.
• Manage a ticketing queue and meet SLAs with clear communications.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, OneDrive/SharePoint, Teams).
• Assist with device provisioning, imaging, and security/compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, DNS/DHCP issues and coordinate with teams.
