Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Field IT Engineer – Executive Services to deliver high-touch technical support to executive leadership across macOS, iOS, Windows, and enterprise mobility. You will manage ServiceNow tickets, device imaging, software upgrades, and Teams collaboration to ensure executive readiness for meetings and events.

This hybrid Phoenix role requires 4 days onsite with 1 day remote, hands-on end-user support, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to

Qualifications

• 4 years of end-user support specializing in MAC, Windows and mobile (iOS/Android) devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite: OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Experience with imaging computers, setting up and troubleshooting printers/copiers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary technical support to end-users and executive staff (remote and in-office).
• Provide training and guidance to employees using company IT systems and software applications.
• Escalation point for facility and end-user technical issues and incidents.
• Maintain and repair computer hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage and support Outlook mail clients, and Microsoft Collaboration tools such as Teams and Office 365.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to oversee IT infrastructure operations at corporate locations.
• Work with a ticketing system for end-user requests.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
