Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Application Support Engineer for enterprise applications.
• Understanding of incident management processes and support methodologies.
• Proficient in debugging, log analysis and production support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Address and debug technical issues; manage escalations from customers and internal teams.
• Mentor junior team members and expand knowledge management.
• Ensure high availability of systems used by tier-1 retailers and brands.
