Indotronix UK is seeking a Technical Support/ Desktop Support/ End User Support Analyst for a hybrid on-site role in Tampa, FL. Local candidates only, willing to work on a W2 basis, with 5+ years of experience in Windows environments and Office/Exchange Online.

Responsibilities include hardware troubleshooting, software installations, VPN tooling, and remote assistance using ServiceNow and GoToAssist. Strong customer service and time management are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of technical support experience.
• Strong expertise with Windows 7/10, Office 2010/2013/365, Exchange Online, VPN tools and Chrome.
• Proven hardware troubleshooting, PC imaging, data backup/restore and break-fix skills.
• Experience supporting both on-domain and off-domain environments; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and desktop end-user support to staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a hybrid Tampa setting.
• Utilize ServiceNow and GoToAssist for ticketing and remote support.
• Communicate effectively with customers and manage time priorities.
