Qualificações

• At least 3 years of equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting end-user computing technical support.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and core Microsoft technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Field incoming help requests from end users via phone and e-mail.
• Support various software packages including Microsoft Office.
