Job summary

Red Oak Sourcing is seeking an IT Analyst to support internal users and clients, both on-site and remotely. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, customer service, and exposure to desktop, network, AV, and security systems.

You will manage laptops and mobile devices, user accounts, and access, while assisting with office-wide technology projects. A college degree and relevant certifications are preferred, with a hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Office 365, Apple iOS and other end-user tech.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy.
• Experience with VPN, Remote Desktop, and VDI.
• Experience with Intune and device management.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train across departments.
• Microsoft-certified is preferred; CompTIA A+ is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide user friendly on-hand support to users on premises and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, network, AV and other equipment problems.
• Install, configure, and support laptops (Windows 11) and iPhones/iPads.
• Manage AD/Entra ID accounts and licenses in Microsoft 365.
• Support LAN/WAN, Azure VDIs and conference room tech.
• Maintain endpoint OS, patching, and security updates.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and MFA enrollment.
• Participate in cross-training across departments.
