The position requires on-site support and proactive desktop, user, and hardware assistance, with strong Windows troubleshooting and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have experience with VPN, TCP/IP LAN, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms, and must be organized and capable of documenting issues and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Proficient in Windows Operating System and troubleshooting.
Experience with remote software technologies.
Customer-focused and able to work in a MSP environment.
