Job summary

World 50 Group is seeking an IT Support Associate (Level 1) to be the frontline face of our global IT Operations and Security team in a hybrid Atlanta environment. You will triage requests, provision devices, manage access, and resolve issues with empathy and clarity.

Introductory training will cover our stack, with clear paths toward Systems Administration or Cybersecurity as you gain mastery of core responsibilities and contribute to a secure, efficient workplace for colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Foundational IT knowledge from academic study, entry-level work, or hands-on practice.
• Ability to learn new tools and follow runbooks.
• Strong communication for non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT ticket queue via Freshservice and Slack.
• Troubleshoot macOS and Windows hardware, software, and OS issues.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding using Rippling and SaaS apps.
• Enroll and wipe devices via MDM; track hardware and licenses.
• Provide secure, user-centric guidance and document steps in runbooks.
