Job summary

Salal Credit Union in Seattle is hiring an IT Service Desk Technician to deliver exceptional technology support to employees across our organization. You'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of issues and help ensure teams have the tools they need to stay productive.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence at our Northgate headquarters every Wednesday with a rotating schedule and occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

1+ year of hardware and system support experience preferred.
Associate's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
Access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle for on-site troubleshooting at branches.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employees, resolving a wide variety of technology issues.
Set up, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and other technology.
Manage user accounts and system access throughout the employee lifecycle.
Support workplace technologies including IP phones, conference room tech, and business apps.
Contribute to IT projects, process improvements, and documentation.
Respond to incidents with teammates and support critical business systems.
Share expertise to help build technical knowledge across the organization.
