Salal Credit Union is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to keep our technology environment reliable, secure, and ready to support employees and members daily. You will maintain networks, systems, cloud services, and infrastructure for our headquarter and branch operations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in network and/or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with networking, Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments, patch management, system maintenance, and hardware support.
• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical users and collaborating with colleagues, vendors, and business partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality support.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and business needs.
• Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to independently drive work forward while collaborating on infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless.
• Monitor system and network performance, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with infrastructure deployments, upgrades, hardware installations, migrations, and lifecycle projects.
• Support security tools and controls including firewalls, VPN, content filtering, patching, monitoring, and incident response.
• Resolve infrastructure-related tickets in partnership with the Service Desk, IT teammates, business partners, and vendors.
• Administer and support on-premise and cloud server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, and Microsoft 365.
• Assist with virtual and cloud infrastructure maintenance including backups, recovery, system updates, and operational improvements.
• Support technology projects throughout the organization, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations following change management procedures.
