Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is hiring a System Administrator in Seattle. You will serve as Level 3 escalation for the service desk, handling complex Windows endpoint and application issues while owning admin-level work to keep stores and corporate users productive.

The role fits an experienced helpdesk technician seeking advancement into systems engineering, with hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) and exposure to identity and endpoint modernization projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in helpdesk or Tier 2/3 support.
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting across OS and peripherals.
• Experience with AD and M365 administration, license management, and GP basics.
• Experience with endpoint management and remote support tools (Intune, SCCM/ConfigMgr).
• Familiarity with networking basics and PowerShell scripting.
• Clear written communication and ticket/documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own tickets escalated from Level 1/2 to resolution with documented fixes.
• Troubleshoot Windows endpoints, applications, printing, and related issues.
• Manage user accounts: onboarding/offboarding, MA MFA resets, license assignment.
• Administer endpoints with imaging/deployment, packaging, and patching.
• Provide remote support to multiple store locations and coordinate on-site work.
• Develop runbooks and troubleshooting guides; mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in maintenance windows and on-call rotation.
