Job summary

AMETEK Inc. is seeking an IT Service Delivery Analyst to provide hands-on technical support and infrastructure assistance across multiple manufacturing and office locations.

You will resolve day-to-day endpoints issues, deploy and support devices, and participate in projects to improve reliability, security, and efficiency of IT operations. The role covers Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, and server/network administration tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 11.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for employees at multiple locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, printing, and access issues.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and replace computers, peripherals, and approved software.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, and related services.
• Assist with administration, monitoring, patching and maintenance of local server and network environments.
• Travel to supported facilities as required, approximately 25%.
