Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Junior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on end-to-end IT recruitment, working closely with hiring managers to understand needs and build project teams.

You will source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, manage ATS data, and help accelerate hiring workflows while delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on direct search: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Strong communication skills, with stakeholder management experience.
• Understanding of SDLC and software development roles.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment across technical roles for client projects.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams to prioritize needs.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn and Boolean search; expand to niche profiles.
• Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and report recruitment funnel progress.
• Stay updated on tech trends and local IT market to optimize sourcing.
• Propose and implement improvements to TA processes and share learnings.
• Enhance candidate experience and contribute to employer branding efforts.
• Leverage AI/tools to accelerate outreach and candidate matching.
