Job summary

ATCS is seeking a driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sourcing experience, familiarity with engineering/technical roles, and experience with the ClearCompany ATS. A hybrid work environment is supported from multiple ATCS office locations, including Camp Hill, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, etc.) will be accepted with applicable professional experience.
• 3+ years of sourcing experience in corporate or staffing firm environments; engineering/technical hiring is highly preferred.
• Ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships with ATCS hiring teams and candidates.
• Previous ATS experience, specifically ClearCompany, is a huge plus.
• Detail oriented with multi-tasking ability; strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Collaborate with team members to tailor recruitment strategies for each role.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications.
• Schedule interviews and prep candidates for discussions.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and keep hiring managers informed.
• Provide timely updates on candidate progress and qualifications.
