Electronic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a part-time remote assignment to source, screen, and hire IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.

You will partner with account managers and client stakeholders to meet staffing needs while delivering a positive candidate experience. The role supports high-volume, multi-location hiring, uses ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience for technical positions, preferably in IT staffing or professional services.
• Working knowledge of IT terminology and technologies.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place qualified IT professionals for client engagements across multiple technical domains.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Use AI-enabled sourcing, screening and automation tools to build pipelines and improve quality.
• Coordinate interviews and act as liaison between candidates and clients throughout the process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage the offer process.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps and onboarding to ensure smooth start.
• Build and maintain a network of IT professionals for current and future needs.
• Meet recruiting metrics for submissions, placements, time-to-fill and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on technology trends and local labor market conditions.
