Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring an IT Project Coordinator to support the PMO and IT leadership. You will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, assist procurement, track invoices and budgets, and help prepare reports and governance artifacts.

The role requires handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and offers a development path toward an IT Project Manager role under experienced leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or IT project support.
• Experience supporting an IT organization, PMO, or technology projects.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, templates, and PMO records.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings and vendor communications; track actions and next steps.
• Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and budget inputs.
• Support risk, issues, and RAID logs; assist with governance artifacts.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and training session coordination.
