Job summary

Cynosure Inc in Massachusetts is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations across cloud services, endpoints, identity, collaboration tools, procurement, vendors, and key projects in a hybrid, AI-enabled workplace.

You will bridge IT security, business stakeholders, and external service providers to improve service delivery, strengthen cybersecurity and compliance, and enable scalable technology workflows. The role reports to the Director of Information Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Master’s degree is equivalent to four years of experience.
• Specific Area of Study: Information Systems, Business/Business Administration, Engineering, Technology Management or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across cloud services, endpoints, identity, collaboration tools.
• Coordinate IT security, procurement, and vendor management with internal teams and external service providers.
• Lead IT projects such as endpoint modernization, system migrations, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, access management, and audit-readiness requirements.
• Support budgeting, licensing, and cost visibility through asset lifecycle and cloud usage analysis.
