Job summary

Cynosure is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations across cloud services, endpoints, identity, collaboration tools, procurement, vendors, and operational projects in a global, hybrid workplace.

Reporting to the Director of Information Services, this role bridges internal security/ IT teams, business stakeholders, and external providers to improve service delivery, strengthen cybersecurity, and support scalable technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT operations, service desk management, or a related technology operations role
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, IAM, endpoint security, and data protection practices

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across cloud services, endpoints, identity, collaboration platforms, procurement, and vendor management
• Coordinate with internal security, business stakeholders, and external providers to improve service delivery and cybersecurity
• Support planning for system migrations, software upgrades, and automation initiatives
