24 Hour Home Care in El Segundo is seeking a Manager, IT Operations to lead daily IT operations, reliability, and security across on-premises, cloud, and networks. You will manage internal staff and external vendors, align IT with business needs, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and resilience.

The role requires a strong background in enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance, with 6+ years of IT operations and 1–2 years of people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of IT operations or infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, cloud technologies.
• 1-2 years of people leadership preferred.
• Experience leading IT projects, managing technology vendors, and overseeing operational budgets, risks, and service delivery.
• Experience with IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks (ITIL, HIPAA, NIST).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring availability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Coach and develop IT team members with clear performance standards.
• Lead IT projects from planning to delivery with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage vendors, SLAs, and IT operations budget.
• Oversee risk, security, and compliance activities including HIPAA and NIST.
