Job summary

24 Hour Home Care, based in El Segundo, CA, seeks an experienced Manager, IT Operations to lead day-to-day IT operations, ensure system availability, reliability, and security, and partner across the business to drive scalable technology services.

You will manage internal IT professionals and external vendors, oversee risk and compliance programs (HIPAA/NIST), and guide technology initiatives from planning through execution in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure.
• 1–2 years of people leadership preferred.
• Experience with governance and security frameworks including ITIL, HIPAA, and NIST.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure ensuring availability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Coach and develop IT team members with clear performance expectations.
• Lead IT projects from planning to delivery with cross-functional coordination.
• Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and IT budget to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee risk, security, and compliance activities including HIPAA and NIST requirements.
