Kitsap Mental Health Services seeks an Information Technology Manager to lead Systems Administration and Help Desk teams. You will oversee daily IT operations, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure management, and business continuity to ensure reliable services for behavioral health across Kitsap County.

The role demands strategic leadership, staff development, and collaboration with agency leadership to align technology with mission-driven goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, telecommunications, or related field.
• Five+ years of information technology experience including infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience including development of staff and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
• Maintain secure, reliable, cost-effective technology standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Manage Help Desk, infrastructure operations, service delivery, backups, and system restoration.
• Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery program technology components and readiness testing.
• Manage technology projects from planning through operational transition and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between IT and agency departments, ensuring clear communication of technical information to leadership and staff.
