Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity is seeking an IT Administrator to support technology across the main office and three retail stores. You will own the technology stack—from computers to cloud systems—and provide responsive training to staff.

This full-time, on-site role offers remote flexibility as needed and a competitive benefits package. Responsibilities include administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and Hybrid AD; managing backups, security policies, and vendor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of user account management, endpoint management, networking, cybersecurity, backup, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve computer hardware, software, network, and other technology issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, servers, network equipment, printers, and other tech equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and hybrid AD environments.
• Manage employee user accounts, access, device setup, licensing, onboarding, and offboarding.
