Job summary

Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity is seeking an IT Administrator to be the go-to technology expert across the main office and three retail store locations. You’ll own wide-ranging tech, support connectivity, security, and user training to keep staff productive.

Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, hybrid Active Directory, networks, backups, and vendor coordination. This full-time role is primarily on-site with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of user account management, endpoint management, networking, cybersecurity, backup, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, network, and other technology issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, servers, network equipment, printers, and phones.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and hybrid Active Directory environments.
• Manage employee accounts, access, device setup, software deployment, licensing, onboarding, and offboarding.
