Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive IT experience including infrastructure and service delivery.
• Experience leading technical staff and coordinating technology services.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and reliability.
• Lead Service Desk operations and set priorities.
• Support cybersecurity controls and compliance with HIPAA/NIST.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and staff supervision.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align technology services.
• Coordinate participation in enterprise initiatives and vendor management.
• Establish metrics for service levels and performance.
