Job summary

Mosaic Community Health in Bend, Oregon is seeking an IT Manager to provide day-to-day leadership for our technology infrastructure and Service Desk, ensuring reliable, secure solutions across clinical, administrative, and operational needs in alignment with the CIO’s strategic direction.

You will supervise Infrastructure and Service Desk staff, coordinate cyber security and compliance activities, manage vendors and resources, and drive enterprise initiatives and organizational change to improve

Qualifications

• Five+ years of IT leadership, infrastructure, operations, or service delivery experience.
• Experience leading technical staff and coordinating technology services.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, reliability, performance and support.
• Lead Service Desk operations and set priorities with Service Desk Lead.
• Support cybersecurity controls, patching, monitoring and incident response.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, projects, and enterprise initiatives.
• Provide team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Align technology services with clinical, administrative, and operational needs.
