Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; IT coursework or degree preferred.
• 0-2 years in help desk, technical support, or customer service role.
• Basic exposure to Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Level 1 helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Unlock accounts and reset passwords in Active Directory; manage basic Microsoft 365 tasks.
• Assist with Sage X3 price list updates and office IT support as needed.
