Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team in the St. Louis area. You will troubleshoot and support laptops, peripherals, and applications both on-site and remotely, serving as the face of the IT department.

Responsibilities include deploying laptops with SCCM/InTune, supporting Windows/Microsoft 365 environments, resolving tickets promptly, and assisting staff with daily IT issues. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in IT related field preferred.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
• 1–2 years IT experience required or relevant.

Responsibilities

• Image and deploy laptops using SCCM and InTune.
• Provide desktop support in a Microsoft Windows/365 environment.
• Resolve submitted helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist staff with day-to-day IT issues.
• Equipment setup and deployment.
• Assist with various IT projects as assigned.

Education
