Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 1 year technical help desk experience.
Ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
Solid understanding of basic networking concepts, computer hardware, and software support.
Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2016/365 applications, Mac OS and mobile devices (Android & iPhone).

Responsibilities

Provides courteous and efficient technical customer service support for all business applications and hardware.
Responds to support calls in a positive, informative manner and keeps users informed on ticket status.
Installs, maintains, and replaces technology equipment and peripherals; remote or desk-side visits as required.
Performs restorative and maintenance actions to resolve problems using basic troubleshooting and technical skills.
Maintains timely entry of accurate information in the ticketing system and documents resolutions in the knowledgebase.
Collaborates with Help Desk team via chat, email, and phone; participates in on-call rotation.
