Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks an FSO Technician in St. Louis, MO to provide deskside and field IT support for clinicians and business users. You will deploy devices, image and stage equipment, and resolve incidents to keep end users productive.

This role requires Windows 10/11 and basic Mac support, Google Workspace/O365 familiarity, ServiceNow ticketing, and adherence to ITIL processes in healthcare settings. You may participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications

2–3 years of deskside/field support experience in EUC or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic Mac support.
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide deskside and remote support for Windows and Apple laptops/desktops.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Google Workspace / O365 / collaboration tools.
Perform device imaging, staging, deployment, and post-deployment validation.
Configure and troubleshoot end-user devices and peripherals.
Support mobile devices (iOS/Android) and basic MDM troubleshooting.
Follow ITIL processes for incident, request, and asset handling.
Assist with onboarding (accounts, devices, and access coordination).
