Job summary

MFIT Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain IT systems. The role is office-based but requires travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities include supporting via phone, email, and in person; configuring desktops, laptops and mobile devices; assisting with Microsoft 365; documenting requests; and maintaining hardware, software, and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and in person.
• Troubleshoot computer, printer, network, and software issues.
• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
• Install and maintain hardware and software solutions.
• Support network equipment, VoIP systems, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Travel to client sites for onsite support and installations.
• Participate in after-hours support when necessary.
