Job summary

Wachter, Inc. in Lenexa, KS is seeking a tech-savvy IT Help Desk specialist to serve as the go-to expert for on-site and remote support. You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux, manage mobile devices and office hardware, and ensure efficient, customer-friendly service.

You’ll work with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and ServiceNow, and help teammates use AI tools like Claude or Copilot. Some after-hours on-call work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with installing Microsoft 365 applications and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for PCs, Macs, printers, and office devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based services.
• Perform identity and device administration in Entra ID and Intune (group management, MFA, licensing, device enrollment).
• Support AI tool usage (Claude, Copilot) and access provisioning.
• Manage ticket queue and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT team for escalations and policy adherence.
• Maintain records of IT assets and support activities.
