Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of IT customer support experience required.
• 1-3 years of Helpdesk or Service Desk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking issues
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, peripherals, and applications
• Manage, prioritize, document, and resolve helpdesk tickets within established SLAs
• Support on-site and remote users and escalate complex issues when needed
• Assist with antivirus monitoring, system patching, and IT security activities
