Job summary

Ivalua is seeking an IT Desktop Support Administrator in Pittsburgh, PA to join our hybrid IT Infrastructure & Support Team. You will manage Microsoft Intune for Windows 11, handle desktop packaging and deployments, and provide local and global IT support.

The role requires strong collaboration across global teams and a customer-first approach to solving complex end-user issues. Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office; you will also support office AV systems, onboarding/offboarding, and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred with at least 5 years of experience.
• Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience managing Microsoft Intune in Windows 11 environment.
• Hands-on Google Workspace administration experience.
• Strong AD/Azure AD, security awareness, and network fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently across global teams.
• Customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as US SME for Microsoft Intune deployment and policy management.
• Handle app packaging, deployment, and updates across desktop env.
• Configure PCs, drivers, updates, and printer integrations.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain workstation standards.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning, and training.
• Resolve end-user IT issues across laptops, software, and accounts.
• Oversee equipment installation, lifecycle, patching, and stock.
• Support office meeting room audio/visual systems.
• Manage access rights, badges, and permissions per least privilege.
• Support LAN/Wi-Fi and work with central Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Infosec on security policies and remediation.
