Job summary

HealthVerity is seeking a seasoned Desktop Support Engineer to own Windows imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting for our laptop fleet. You will be the Windows expert, handling AD, Intune/Autopilot, and 365 admin, while delivering user-focused support in a hybrid Philadelphia environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and reliable incident resolution. You’ll collaborate with security and IT teams to maintain endpoint compliance and a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Windows administration (Windows 10/11, AD, Group Policy, Intune/Autopilot)
• 7–10 years of hands-on desktop/endpoint support in Windows
• Advanced troubleshooting of Windows hardware, software, drivers, OS, and network issues
• Experience with imaging/provisioning/deployment (SCCM/MDT/Intune/Autopilot)
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration
• Solid networking fundamentals (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
• Excellent communication, customer-service orientation, and multi-tasking skills
• Preferred: CompTIA certs, JAMF, Okta IAM, Google Workspace admin, Linux scripting

Responsibilities

• Own Windows imaging, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management with SCCM/MDT/Intune/Autopilot
• Provide Tier 1/2 escalation support for Windows hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues
• Administer Active Directory accounts, group policies, and Microsoft 365 for end users
• Support end users in person and remotely via ticketing and remote-control tools
• Provision and deploy laptops for new hires with imaging and software installation
• Maintain IT asset inventory, warranty tracking, and licensing compliance
• Collaborate with Security on endpoint compliance and access control
• Identify recurring issues and propose tooling/process improvements
