Job summary

Ivalua is seeking an IT Desktop Support Administrator to join our AMER IT Infrastructure & Support Team in Pittsburgh. You will own local end-user IT support, deliver Intune endpoint management for Windows 11, and collaborate with global teams to maintain workstation standards.

Requirements include 5+ years in IT (or 3+ with a Master’s) and strong Google Workspace and Azure AD experience. This hybrid role offers in-office collaboration three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of related professional experience or Master’s with 3+ years, or equivalent combo.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune in Windows 11 environments.
• Hands-on Google Workspace administration and user provisioning.
• Solid knowledge of AD/Azure AD, cloud solutions, and basic network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Intune & Endpoint Management: deployment, config, and policy management for Windows 11.
• PC provisioning, software deployment, drivers, updates, and printer integrations.
• Onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning, and initial IT training.
• Office AV setup, maintenance, and user support in the Pittsburgh office.
• Network & Security: manage access rights, LAN/Wi‑Fi support, and security collaboration.
