Job summary

Quartz Health Solutions is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer (Tier 2 & 3) to join our IT team in Madison. You will manage SCCM, Intune, and VDI environments to ensure seamless device performance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in IT customer support or related tech role.
• Associate’s Degree with 5+ years in IT customer support or related tech role.
• High School Equivalency with 8+ years in IT customer support or related tech role.
• Experience supporting and administering virtual desktop environments (Horizon or Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Extensive experience installing, configuring, and managing Windows-based systems and related technologies.
• Expert in Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SCCM and Intune, including software deployment and OS upgrades.
• Configure, deploy, and support VDI environments for optimal performance.
• Provide Tier 2 & 3 support for Windows, hardware, peripherals, and enterprise apps.
• Serve as escalation point for endpoint incidents and timely resolution.
• Coordinate and manage endpoint patching for laptops, desktops, and VDI environments.
• Monitor endpoint health and analyze performance to improve reliability and security.
• Participate in endpoint lifecycle management and device provisioning.
