Long View Systems is seeking a Deskside Consultant for our Denver region to deliver on-site support, deploy laptops, and manage Windows 11 devices using Intune Autopilot. You will resolve issues, mentor staff, and uphold security and service standards.

The role emphasizes customer-focused communication, collaboration with regional IT teams, and continuous improvement of end-user support and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience with Microsoft environment.
• Hands-on with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Experience with Office 365, VPN, Citrix, and AD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Post-secondary education in IT field.
• CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support laptops and peripherals for users, following standards.
• Provision Windows 11 devices using Intune Autopilot; provide Tier 1 support.
• Deliver clear, professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deskside issues, escalate as needed.
• Mentor and support junior team members on-site and remotely.
• Ensure compliance with client IT security, standards and practices.
• Support office tech like printers, AV, and conferencing equipment.
