Job summary

InterDigital, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support role based in Conshohocken, PA. The position provides end-to-end technical support for desktop systems, network issues, and collaboration tools within a heterogeneous environment.

You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software, while delivering excellent user service. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems,

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Active Directory beneficial.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first level problem identification and resolution resource for end users.
• Respond to Help Desk issues and document resolutions.
• Identify and escalate urgent issues to IS staff for timely action.
• Provide desktop hardware, software, phone system and conferencing support to corporate users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
• Maintain video conferencing equipment and related cabling.
• Assist in preventive maintenance planning for equipment and systems.
• Maintain user accounts and coordinate inventory with IS team.
• Support daily backup operations andIS initiatives.
• Collaborate with IS teams and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
