Job summary

Endicott College, located on Boston's North Shore, seeks a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to coordinate, manage, test and develop ancillary applications within Enterprise Applications. On-campus 3 days/week with up to 2 remote days, you’ll gather requirements, manage projects, and validate data across functional areas.

You will work with IT partners to recommend business process improvements, document requirements, and ensure security and process alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to use Excel and other tools to manipulate data.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, LucidChart.
• Demonstrates strong communication and writing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and meet negotiated timelines with high quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• 60% of Time: Workday ERP and SIS Support: Assist in managing Workday-related projects and enhancement requests; support configuration of Workday processes; troubleshoot issues; create and maintain documentation.
• 20% of Time: Project Management: Translate business requirements into user stories and specs; monitor deliverables; ensure timely completion.
• 10% of Time: Support Operations: Daily Ticket Triage: monitor Freshservice queue and triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• 10% of Time: Planning and Partnership: Engage stakeholders to determine strategy and vision for software applications; build relationships and support their needs.
