Northeastern University in Boston is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst to support Workday HCM analytics, data integrity, and reporting for HR and Payroll. You will build and maintain reports, analyze complex HR data, and partner with HR stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

The role requires strong Excel and SQL skills, Workday expertise, and the ability to handle confidential data in a high‑volume environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR data analytics or related experience.
• Strong Workday HCM and Payroll understanding.
• Experience with Workday reporting across HCM and Payroll.
• Higher education HR experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying complex data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM and Payroll reports and SQL queries.
• Analyze HR and Payroll data to identify trends and data-quality issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Provide advanced Excel-based data reconciliation and analysis.
• Support testing and validation for Workday releases and changes.
