Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, CS, Business, HR, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR data analytics, HR systems, reporting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll processes in a decentralized university environment.
• Experience with Workday reporting across HCM and Payroll and identifying reporting improvements.
• Higher education HR and Payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and college/division HR stakeholders to translate data needs into reporting solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and queries using Workday HCM/Payroll, Prism, SQL, Excel, and other tools.
• Analyze HR and Payroll datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and data integrity issues and investigate root causes.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams on requirements, testing, and resolution of data/reporting issues.
